Today exercise can involve yoga for pregnant women (a much better match for women interested in reversing gestational diabetes) or even painting a nursery. It’s about getting up and moving around.

Reversing gestational diabetes may seem like an impossible mission to you when you first receive the diagnosis. For some women it simply seems to have too many movable parts. If you stop focusing on the big picture and start focusing on the plan you and your doctor created together, you’ll see that it really is all about following the plan and getting results. Once you figure that out, you’ll have all the tools you need to make reversing gestational diabetes look and feel like child’s play.
